5.1 Methods of payment

By placing an order, the customer authorises us to debit the amount of the merchandise at the time of acceptance of the customer's order to the payment method specified by the customer and declares that the customer is authorised to make such payment. Title to the goods will not pass to the customer until full payment has been received.

6. Refund and exchange policy
6.1 Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers can apply for return or exchange if the product quality, delivered product is not as ordered, or the quantity is not correct. Please contact our customer service department within 3 days from the date of delivery confirmation and provide the order number and relevant product photos.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
1. The product is unused and in the condition in which it was originally sold.
2. With all original parts, accessories, manuals, labels and boxes.
3. Gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
4. One order can only be returned or exchanged once.
5. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality items.
6.2 Refund procedures
-Upon receipt of a return or exchange request, we will review the request. After approval, the customer must return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation notice.
-Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will arrange for a refund (in the original form of payment) within 30 days if we confirm that the conditions of return are met.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for quality issues or incorrect shipments). If the shipment is rejected due to insufficient shipping cost, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
