Delivery Notice and Payment Information

Friendlyeggie.com Kangshan Foods – Delivery and Payment Information

We offer three collection options, allowing customers to choose the one that best suits their needs:
(1) Door-to-door delivery (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories; excluding the outlying islands)
(2) Collection at a metro station (you must first book a collection time via WhatsApp with customer service)
(3) Collection from the shop

The delivery charges are as follows:
For all orders totalling HK$300 or more, free delivery and no handling fees apply to all three collection methods listed above.
For orders totalling less than HK$300, a flat-rate delivery/handling fee of HK$30 will be charged.

The payment and dispatch arrangements are as follows:
Customers must complete payment within 24 hours of placing an order. If paying by bank transfer or FPS, please take a screenshot after making the payment and send it to customer service via WhatsApp for confirmation.
Once we have confirmed receipt of payment, we will arrange for dispatch (door-to-door delivery) or collection (in-person handover/collection in store) within 3 working days.

Special Arrangements (Notes on Outlying Islands and Face-to-Face Collection):
No home delivery service is available for outlying islands (such as Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau); customers may only choose either ‘collection at a MTR station’ or ‘collection from a shop’.
For customers who select ‘Metro Station Pick-up’, once payment has been completed, our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a collection time.
